Conservation and maintenance of urban greenery in the area of townsta Poznania - Division I - the Contractor will meet the condition if he proves that he is insured against civil liability in the scope of business related to the subject of the order for a total amount equal at least: when submitting an offer for one part (area) PLN 100, 000.00, when submitting offers for 2 parts (divisions) PLN 200, 000.00. To confirm the fulfillment of conditions by the contractorin the proceedings regarding the economic or financial situation, the contracting authority will call the contractor to provide the following documents: a) confirming that the contractor is insured against civil liability in respect of the business related to the subject of the order for the guarantee sum determined by the ordering party, Contractors can apply for granting ordersand they are not excluded from the proceedings under Art. 24 sec. 1 point 12 23 and art. 24 sec. 5 points 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 of the Act and meet the conditions for participation specified in this announcement and specification of relevant terms of order.
