Supply of plants for the town of Gennevilliers

The object of this framework agreement is the supply of plants for the town of Gennevilliers, such as trees, shrubs, conifers, roses, climbing plants, groundcovers, herbaceous plantsn buckets or in containers, (grasses, perennials and condiments, ferns and aquatic plants). Form: the framework agreement without minimum or maximum is passed pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. Attribution: each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. Duration: the framework agreement is concluded forr an initial period of 1 year. The framework agreement is concluded from the date of notification of the contract. The time limits for the execution or delivery of the services are fixed at each purchase order in accordance with the stipulations of the parts of the market. Estimated amount: 220 000 (HT)
