Procurement of food and basic material assistance under an Operational Program financed by the European Fund for the Most Deprived of Persons (TEBA), expenditure budget 89 EUR 725.70 (including VAT)13% and 24%)

Foodstuffs: thyme or pine honey or a mixture thereof, packaged in a 1kg jar. of this Declaration.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to:are registered in one of the occupational or commercial registers, kept in their country of establishment or satisfying any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a European Member State Economic Area (EEA) or third countries that have joined the SDS. or in third countries whichdo not fall under the former and have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures required to be registered in the respective professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE must be registered with Craftsman or Commercial or the Chamber of Industry, with reference to the specialistOccupation of this Declaration.

The economic operator will be bound by the EUSR. that it is registered with the relevant chamber and will furnish the relevant supporting documents, if a temporary contractor appears, after the contracting authority has sent the relevant electronic invitation to it in accordance with paragraph 3.2) of this notice.the food department, in addition, is required:

(a) if the economic operator is a trader, the economic operator must obtain the legal authorization to operate the business from the competent licensing authority (Municipality or Regional Development Directorate) for storage; the preservation, movement of food and sensitive products, including the species in which the household

(b) if the economic operator is a manufacturer - producer - processor of foodstuffs or by - products included in the declaration, the legal entity must submit the legal authorization from the competent licensing authority. (Municipality or Regional Development Directorate) of his business, including the species in which the company will be involvedeconomic operator.
