Contracting providerpersonal care and practical assistance based on the following general considerations:

- The grinding group for the tasks offered are citizens who are designated for personal care and / or practical assistance and / or rehabilitation work (Service Act - 83, - 83a), dispensing close relations ( Section 84 (1) of the Service Act and / or delegated home nursing services (Section 138 of the Health Act),

- the supplier must comply with the legislation in force, the obligation to make notes and changes in practice at any time. of a service certificate from the Danish Business Authority. The service certificate must containinformation from:

- The court of law by the Danish Courts Administration,

- TAX,

- ATP,

- The police (the Criminal Records).

- - Note that a "consent declaration" must be filled in and signed, which must be uploaded in connection with the order of the service certificate .

Service certificate must be a maximum of6 months old from the deadline for the submission of the Service Certificate, as determined by the Contracting Authority in the letter of invitation.

For information, the processing time at the Danish Business Authority is approx. 2 weeks from the order of the Service Certificate has been received.
