This consultation follows a first procedure for which the lot 2 has not been awarded, it is passed in the form of a suitable procedure opened by virtue of articles L. 2313-1 and R. 2123-1 3 of the public procurement code. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum amount spent for an initial period ranging from its notification until 12.31.2020 and in the event of renewal for 3 other periods of 12 months each.

Minimum amount annual: 7, 000 EUR HT Maximum annual amount: 24, 000 EUR (HT).
