CPV Description:

Transportation of 2.56 x 10 ^ 6 tonnes of lignite from the Bunker Mavropigi Mine to the floor of the OP3 Excavator E3, and from the Bunker Heart Mine to the AIS.

1) Service provision relates to. Specifically, the provision of the service is related to:

Main Site: The service will be performed at the Main Field and Heart Field minesWestern Macedonia Lignite Center

1) With this contract, the Company assigns and the service provider undertakes to perform timely, thoroughly financially and securely the performance of the service, as detailed hereinafter and others. conventional issues, so that it is suitable for its intended use and purpose, and in fullcompliance with the terms of the contract.

Specifically, the service covers:

AT1: Loading, transporting, dumping - laying of 2, 500, 000 tonnes of lignite from the Munkopigi Bunker to the floor of the OP3 E3 excavator. (transport distance 6, 289 Km, 0.6% slope) and

AT2: Loading, transporting, depositing - laying of 120, 000 tonnes of lignite from the Bunker Heart Mine to AIS. Heart (m. Distance)1.376 Km, 1.34% slope.)

2) Unit prices offered will cover all individual service and contracting costs. of the routes, as measured on T6 / 839 and T6 / 840 designs, based on the center of gravity of the loading area from the Munkopigi Mine Bunker tothe center of gravity of OPC`s E3 excavator floor, and from the Bunker Heart Mine to the center of gravity of the AES Courtyard. Heart. The contractor may follow a different route from the proposed route, provided that the roads do not present difficulties to other holdings as defined in the contractual plans. For route changes, the contractor must requestand obtain relevant approval from the Supervisory Service and IASB. (Head Authority). In this case, a new design with the new itinerary will be given and the unit price will be adjusted as provided for in Article 22 of the Special Conditions. the right to erequires the provider.

1) Turnover

2) Financefinancial ratios - financial ratios or other specific requirements
