The subject of the contract is the leasing of Public Lorries and Project Machinery, as described in detail, by type and quantity, in Annex II (A): of the EU section.

Ii) proofpayment of annual traffic fees - use of trucks and project machinery, by completing the scope of the EUSR module.

iii) for the three years preceding the date of the competition:

a) overall relevant to the subject of this turnover, cumulatively for the above three years, EUR 10 000.00, in respect of the hire of lorries, irrespective of their numberb) the bids for which the bid is submitted, and

b) the total, relevant to the subject of this turnover, cumulative for the above three years, EUR 20 000.00, in respect of the hire of project machinery, irrespective of the number of bids, for which the tender is being submitted, by filling in the scope of the EUSR Unity.

If the tenderer is active forless than three years preceding the date of the competition is required to have the total, relevant to the subject of this turnover, cumulatively for the years in which it is active. Each year of operation corresponds to 1/3 of the amount of EUR 10 000.00 in respect of hire of trucks and 1/3 of EUR 20 000.00 in respect ofrelates to the leasing of project machinery.

Requests for clarification are submitted electronically, at the latest fifteen (15) days before the closing date for submission of bids, and are respectively posted on the competition`s website via the www.promitheus.gov.gr portal., ESSDS .. Requests for additional information - clarifications are submitted byeconomic operators registered in the system, ie those with relevant credentials, which have been granted (username and password) and, if necessary, the electronic file with the query text is electronically signed. Requests for clarification submitted either otherwise or the electronic file accompanying them are not electronicsigned, not examined.
