CPV Description: Hire of trucks with driver.

Hire of earthmoving equipment with operator. and machine tools, to meet the needs of EYDAP. The object of the contract is the hiring of public utility vehicles and construction machinery, as described in detail by type and quantity, in Annex II (A): intended to cover the functionneeds of EYDAP SA, for a period of one (1) year, with the right of extension for one (1) more year. from 0-3, 500 in the Prefecture of Attica.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in a professional activity related to the conventional object, ie the hiring of commercial trucks and machine tools. Ehin particular, are required to be registered in one of the industrial, professional or commercial registers kept in their Member State of establishment as described in Annex XI of Appendix A to L. 4412/2016 or satisfy any other requirement laid down in This Annex and provided that candidates have a specific authorization or are members of a specific organization, in order to be able to provide the service in question in their country of origin, prove that they have such authorization or are members of that organization.

In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries, which have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and concludedbilateral and multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered in the relevant industrial, professional or commercial register. the adequacy of the candidate's economic and financial standing-The relevant request for clarification is submitted electronically, no later than fifteen (15) days before the closing date for submission of tenders and is replied to six (6) days before the closing date for submission of tenders, on the website of the competition, via the www.promit portalheus.gov.gr, ESDHIS. Requests for additional information - clarifications are submitted by registered economic operators, ie those who have the relevant credentials granted to them (username and password ) and necessarily, the electronic file with the text of the queries is digitally signed. Requests for supplies clarifiedsubmitted in any other way or the electronic file accompanying them, are not digitally signed, are not considered.
