Making available chauffeur-driven coaches for one-to-one public transport for various activities and destinations

EachCandidate must submit in support of his application the following documents:

1) letter of application and rehabilitation of the representative by his co-contractors (French form DC1 attached), completed, dated and signed;

2) declaration of the candidate ( French form DC2 attached), completed, dated and signed;

3) power of the person authorized to hire the candidate;

4) if the candidate is in the process of recourt, it is required to provide a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced for that purpose; (5) declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles 45, 46 and 48 of the order n - 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets.

Declaration concerning the global turnover of the candidate and the turnover of the field of activitysubject to the market, covering at most the last 3 years available depending on the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the economic operator's activity, insofar as the information on these figures business is available.

This contract, for the supply of services, is a call for tenders open to European publication, in accordance with the provisions of Art.Icles 25, 66, 67, 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets (Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public markets). This is a single-award framework agreement with issuance of purchase orders, the latter being edited according to the needs of City departments, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 78 to 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3. .2016 relatif to public markets. This contract will be concluded, for each lot considered, from the date of notification to the holder, for a duration of one year, possibly renewable 3 times in a tacit way, without its total duration exceeds 4 years, in accordance with provisions of Articles 16 and 78-iii of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. Candidates are asked to identify themselves for the withdrawal of the WFD on the platform (Article 3 of the consultation rules). Subcontracting is prohibited, as a public supply contract. The criteria forAward referred to in Article II.2.5) of this notice will be weighted in percentage and grades from 0 to 20. This is a mandatory opinion. Only the electronic answers via the platform will be accepted, in accordance with article 41 of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets.
