Hire of passenger transport vehicles with drivers. Three-year intervention plan for the rental of operating vehicles for the ordinary maintenance of the S.P. pertaining to the Viabilita Service 3.

Deposit equal to 2% of the amount of the tender based on the tender to be provided by fidbank or insurance transaction, or issued by financial intermediaries registered in the special list pursuant to art. 106 of Legislative Decree 1.9.1993 no. 385, which carry out exclusively or prevalently the activities of issuing guarantees, and which are audited by an auditing company registered in the register provided for by art. 161 of Legislative Decree 24.2.1998 n. 58 and that they have the rthe minimum solvency requirements required by current banking and insurance regulations.

Statement certifying:

- to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce, also indicating:

A) the legal nature;

B) the denomination;

C) the registered office;

D) the start date of the activity;

E) the activity object (it must concern the type of works covered by the present procedure)

- that the economic operator and a micro-enterprise, or a small or medium enterprise

or

the economic operator is not a micro-enterprise, or a small or medium enterprise

- to be in good standing with the rules governing the right to work of the disabled (Article 17 of Law 12.3.1999, No. 68)

or

not to be in the conditions of subjection to the aforementioned lawa number of workers less than 15;

- that the causes of exclusion provided for by the art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments,

- that towards any of the natural persons referred to in art. 80 paragraphs 2 and 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and s.m.i.
