Hire of construction and civil engineering machinery and equipment. 2 pcs.,

Main Site: The contracting authority uses the machines only within the municipality of Craiova.

Lot 1: rental of compacting cylinder with servient (driver) 2 pcs. having the following technical characteristics:

- functional weight: minimum 9 tonnes,

- smooth front drum,

- smooth rear drum,

- minimum machine width 1600 mm,

- vibration front to rear (two vibration steps),

- hours operating time: maximum 4 000.

Working time = max. 8 hours / day. Thus, we estimate, during the year 2020-Feb 2021, special worksspecifications that require these machines for a number of approximately 500 days, respectively for a maximum of 4, 000 hours of operation of the machine.

The rental rate will be expressed in RON exclusive of VAT and will remain unchanged throughout the framework agreement. they will present the price in RON / operating time (excluding VAT).

Type tariffs are not accepted: RON / km and no tariff is accepted for the hour stbidding, separate tariff for moving the machine to the destination indicated by the purchaser.

It will be requested by the award documentation that the price of moving the compactor cylinder equipment on the autoplatform at the final destination indicated by the purchaser will be included in the financial offers submitted by the economic operators. they will also attach the spreadsheet for the operating time asre will include:

- salary expenses;

- depreciation expenses;

- standard maintenance expenses;

- fuel costs;

- lubricant expenses;

- tire and accumulator costs;

- indirect costs;

- profit.

(If applicable, it will be required to present the asset sheet of the accounting for amortization proof).

1.1. Bidders (including associations / subcontracts)the supporters / third parties) must not be found in the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent modifications and completions. The way in which the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents that provedthe fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE shall be presented, only by the declared tenderer ranked in the first place in the intermediate ranking drawn up after the completion of the electronic auction stage, following the request of the contracting authority, according to art. 196 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented. These documents can be:

(a) certificates confirming the lack of outstanding debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) valid at the time of presentation,

(b) the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or of those who havepower of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive act,

(c) as the case may be, documents proving that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement, with amendments and additions usubsequent,

(d) other edifying documents, as the case may be.

Notes:

- The documents that represent reasons for exclusion are requested to the bidder / associate bidder, to the subcontractor and to the supporting third party,

- Framing in the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, entails exclusion from the procedure;

2.2. Bidders, third party supporters andthe subcontractors must not be found in the situations provided in art. 60 paragraph (1) lit. d) and e) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent modifications and completions. The way in which the requirement can be demonstrated: The bidders, third-party supporters and subcontractors will complete a declaration regarding the failure to comply with the situations provided in art. 60 paragraph (1) lit. d) and e) of the Lawno. 98/2016 with the subsequent modifications and completions, according to the Form in the "Forms" section, which will be presented once with the DUAE.
