LOT 6 - havenozzles with a capacity of more than 16 tonnes, with 2-4 motor axles, equipped with a blade and a system of spreading non-slip material with a capacity of 7-9 mc for the snow removal activity, a number of 1332 operating hours (600 hours that will be paid with a depreciation charge, 732 hours with a depreciation charge) and 1584 waiting hours rendered of at least 3 piecesi a number of 2220 hours of operation (1000 hours to be paid with a depreciation charge, 1220 hours with a depreciation charge) and 2640 waiting hours provided for a maximum of 5 units

For the group / groups participating, The single bidder / the associated bidder / the subcontractor / the third party supporter must prove that they do not comply with the provisions of art. 164.165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The way in which the requirement can be demonstrated: DUAE will be completed for each lot by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The requirement applies even for associates, subcontractors and / or third party supporters who complete the information related to their situation at level oneui separate DUAE

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE will be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked first after applying the award criterion on the admissible tenders.

- fiscal attestation certificates regarding the lack of outstanding debts regarding the paymenttaxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation,

- the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administration, management or supervision body of the respective economic operator, or to those who have power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from heaventhe certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive document,

- as the case may be, documents proving that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of the Law 98/2016 on public procurement,

- other edifying documents, as the case may be.

The manner by which the requirement can be demonstrated: DUAE will be completedfor each lot for which the offer is submitted by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The requirement also applies to associates, subcontractors and / or third party supporters who complete the information related to their situation.resents a Declaration regarding the conflict of interests in accordance with the provisions of art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, regarding public procurement. According to the provisions of art.193 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will accept within the DUAE (Single European Procurement Document) tenders instead of the requested documents in order to demonstrate the qualification requirements, including the exercise capacity, as a preliminary proof. Rules of communication and data transmission: requests for clarification regarding the present documentation of awarding will be addressed exclusively in SEAP to the "Questions" section ofthe framework of the award procedure carried out by electronic means, and the answers to these will be published in the SEAP at the "Documentation, clarifications and decisions" section of the participation announcement. in view of the response time of the contrstipulations stipulated in art.160-161 of the Law no.98 / 2016.

For the communications subsequent to the submission of tenders:

- the evaluation commission will send the requests for clarifications regarding the offer by using the technical facilities available in SEAP ("Questions" section),

- the economic operators will send the answers to the clarifications and the eventual documents requested during the evaluation ofertility through SEAP ("Questions" section), in electronic format, signed with electronic signature, according to Law 455/2001. of the offer.

Duration of the framework agreement: 138 days

In the case of the bidders (natural or legal persons) of another nanationality, the mentioned documents will be transmitted in the language of origin, accompanied by a translation into Romanian, by an authorized translator.

If it is found that two or more submitted offers have the same score, the offer declared the winner will be the offer with the lowest price.

For each lot, if they are on the first lotc two offers with the same price, the separation will be done by requesting the submission of new price offers through SEAP in response to a request from the contracting authority.
