To carry the Wirtgen WR 240i Recycler at the points-of the production department of the D.R.D.P. Iasi.

The economic operators (tenderers / associate tenderers / third parties / subcontractors) must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The economic operators participating in the award procedure will complete the DUAE with information related to their situation.Being fulfilled by the completion of the DUAE is to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked on the 1st rank in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders.

The DUAE (in accordance with Notification 240/2016) will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with the information related to their situation

The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a form de iregistration according to the law of the country of residence, from which it appears that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment, and that he has the professional capacity to carry out the activities that are the subject of the contract.
