The contract is for the provision of river and collector cleaning services, and the restoration of floodplains, for the 2018 period. - 2021, in a network of maintenance responsibility of the DTE. P.E. Karditsa Region of Thessaly.

Main Site: Palamas Municipality.of river and collector restoration, and flood protection, DTE`s area of responsibility, in the Palamas Municipality

Equipment: 1 excavator and 2 trucks

Quantity: 697 hours excavator, 301 hours truck and 300 hours truck.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract shall be required to engage in activity related to the subject matter of the contract.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional registries kept in their country of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to the 4412/2016. Where economic operators are required to be specially approved or to be a member of the coin order to be able to provide the relevant service in their country of origin, the contracting authority may require them to prove that they have such approval or to be a member of that organization or to invite them to make an affidavit before a notary; on practicing this profession.

In the case of economic operators established in the State- member of the European Economic Area (EEA) or third countries which have acceded to the SDS. or third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, must be registered in their respective professional registers.

Financial institutions established in GREECEYou must be registered with the relevant professional register, as required by applicable law for their service to be assigned.
