Open procedure tender pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions, for the assignment of support services for the management of the application park INAIL - ID 2017

The contract concerns the acquisition of the following services for INAIL:

Main Site: Services must be provided at INAIL andsa successful bidder, as specified in the tender documents.

See previous point II.1.4).

The participation of the persons referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with the procedures referred to in Articles 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 on the following conditions:

a) the general requirements are indicated in paragraph 6 of the Competition Regulations;

b) the eligibility requirements are those indicateda) the requirements of economic and financial capacity are indicated in paragraph 7.2 of the Competition Regulations.

Each operator elects domicile, also pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, in the area of the system dedicated to it and the certified e-mail address indicated in the application form.

Pursuant to art. 51 of Legislative Decree. n. 50/2016, this initiative is not divided into functional batches for the reasons expressed in the tender regulations.

As clarified in the tender regulations, the operators will be asked to produce: i) provisional guarantee pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, whose quantification is indicated in the tender documentation;

ii) final guarantee pursuant to art. 103 of the D.Lgs. n. 50/2016;

iii) insurance policy.

The auction base, which can not be exceeded, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, is subject to a discount of 45 692 446.00 EUR. The single auction bases subject to discounting are indicated in the tender documentation. The tender will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous bid criterion on the basis of the best value for money.bappalto within the limits and with the procedures indicated in the Legislative Decree n. 50/2016 and in the Disciplinary.
