The subject of the order is the delivery of specialized mobile devices under the Project entitled: "Optimization and implementation of new waste treatment and recovery processes in the Central Sącz region waste management in order to increase the level of recycling ", implemented under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020, -Priority II, Action 2.2.

Main Site: Lubawka, ul. Nadbrzeżna 5a, POLAND

The object of delivery is a side-mounted pulveriser for compost / stabilization (1 piece) with agricultural tractor and equipment (1 item). Year of tractor production and reversing machines: no older than 2017.

Roller and tractor agricultural products must be brand new, come from mass production, can not be prototypesi.

II. The ordering party does not anticipate the orders referred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law - III. The contractor may be confirmed for confirmationand fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings (...) rely on the technical or professional abilities of other entities, regardless of the legal nature of the legal relations that it has with it.

1. In the situation described in point III, the Contractor is obliged to prove to the Employer that while performing the order, he will have the necessary resources of these entities, in particular by presenting obligationsand requesting these entities to provide them with the necessary resources for the needs of the order.

2. If the Contractor, refers to the resources of other entities, in order to demonstrate to them:

- no grounds for exclusion, referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 and par. 5 point 1) and 8) Pzp, - fulfill the conditions referred to in art. 22 ust. 1b Pzp.

Is obliged to submit a uniform European dockOrder orders (EAT) regarding these entities to the extent to which they relate to their resources.

IV. Contractors may jointly apply for the award of a contract. In such a case, the Contractors shall appoint a representative to represent them in the proceedings for the award or representation in the proceedings and conclusion of the public procurement contract. It is recommended that the Proxy be jeden from Contractors jointly applying for the order. The authorization must be based on the content of the power of attorney submitted together with the offer. The power of attorney should be granted by all Contractors jointly applying for the order
