The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the foreseen situations to art. 164, 165, 167, and art. 58 60 including Law no. 98/2016. D will be completedUAE by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. Certificatesregarding the lack of overdue debts related to the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation; requested - Required requirement. The DUAE will be presented, completing the sections related to the required requirements. For Romanian legal / physical persons will be presented supporting documents, respectively certificatewhich confirm the payment of taxes and duties to the consolidated general budget and the local budget, and for foreign legal / physical persons shall be provided evidencing documents issued by the competent authorities of the country of residence, proving the fulfillment of the outstanding debts to the budget the state and the local budget, according to the legislation in the countryof residence at the time of filing these documents. The above-mentioned documents will be submitted only by the tenderer ranked first at the request of the contracting authority, upon completion of the evaluation of the tenders. Note: Documents requested by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings completed at the evaluation of the tenders for the demonstration of the assumedof the DUAE can be:

(a) Certified ascertaining the absence of overdue debts with respect to the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation, (b) the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or those(c) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in paragraph (a) of this Article; art. 166 par. The General Information Sheet indicating the average turnover for the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) the equivalent in EURO of the values expressed in RON will be calculated by the Romanian and foreign bidders using RON / EUR exchange ratean environment communicated by the NBR for the year. year 2015 1 EUR = 4, 4450 RON, year 2016 1 EUR = 4, 4908 RON, year 2017 1 EUR = 4, 6597 RON.

List of the main deliveries of products made during a period covering the latest 3 years with the indication of values, data and public or private beneficiaries. Deliveries of products are confirmed by presenting documents / certificates-issued or countersigned by an authority or by the beneficiary's private customer from which to deliver the products. The tenderer will provide evidence of the supply of similar products in the last 3 years (calculated on the closing date for the submission of bids) of similar products with a cumulative minimum value of: RON 666 000.
