Delivery of heating oil for Berlin 2018-2020

OMR quotation-bound contract for the supply of approximately 750 000 l Heizoel EL Super sulfur for a period from the order placement to and including 31.12.2020, in individual orders during the term. Offer is the reference price, in this case = Mittelaus low and hHigh of the O.M.R. quotation for the area: East (Berin). Added surcharge for margin, freight, Zoelle, dangerous goods surcharge and all other additional costs. A minimum purchase of the forecasted quantity is not guaranteed.

Delivery of approximately 750 000 liters of heating oil EL Super sulfur for four residential and business properties in Berlin over a period of time by the contractorDivision until 31.12.2020 in individual orders during the term. Offer is the reference price, in this case = average from low and high of the O.M.R. quotation area east of the 46th KW 2018, surcharges add up for margin, freight, Zoelle, dangerous goods surcharge and all other additional costs. A minimum purchase of the forecasted quantity is not guaranteed.

1.1.1) Tenderers' declaration (VHB Form 234);

1.1.2) Self-declaration concerning the absence of exclusion grounds.

Tenderers and members of a consortium must individually submit the above evidences and explanations with their tender. Any subcontractors do not have to be named in the offer at firstinitially not to be submitted to the subcontractors. Only the external power share has to be specified. Only those bidders who wish to make use of the qualifying loan must immediately designate the subcontractors whose suitability they lend and must submit the relevant supporting documents to the subcontractors.

1) The tender documents mmay be called up under the Internet address indicated in point I.3). Their use is binding. If further information or clarifications on the part of the client should become necessary in the course of the award procedure, this additional information will also be published under the Internet address given there. Bidders must therefore check regularly, whether or notFurther information has been published for the internet address mentioned there. Registration with the tendering platform facilitates access and information on bidder information;

2) Questions concerning the requirements of this notice and the tender documents should be addressed promptly, but at the latest by 9.11.2018 via the tendering platform. The client behaelIt is not possible to answer any later questions;

3) Tenders must be sent electronically to the body designated in point I.3) via the tendering platform. Until the expiry of the offer period, the offers are encrypted, so that the client has no access to them. However, the tenderer is free to process and re-upload his tender until the deadline expires;

4)The client reserves the right to request incomplete or missing proof and documents in the application form at short notice. Applicants can not, however, rely on the additional requirements;

5) The client reserves the right to terminate the procedure for objective reasons. Substitute claims of the bidders are excluded as far as legally permissible. By downloading detenderer agrees with the tenderer;

6) The award criterion is the price.
