a) registration in the Register held by the Chamber of Commerce, industry, crafts and agriculture or in the Register of the provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure.

The competitor is not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of the Code, submits a sworn statement or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established. A) total annual minimum turnover referred to each of the last n. 3 available financial years of 1 375 735.00 EUR excluding VAT; the request for this requirement is dictated by the need to award to-a reliable company as the heat service is provided / distributed, mainly, in favor of schools.

It is possible to obtain clarifications on this procedure by proposing written questions to be forwarded to procurement@pec.multissspa.com, at least 10 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders expiresmust be formulated exclusively in Italian. Pursuant to art. 74 paragraph 4 of the Code, the answers to all requests submitted in time will be provided at least 6 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, by an anonymous publication on the internet address http: //www.multissspa. com.

The inspection of all the buildings involved in the supply is mandatory, bearing in mind that it is necessary that the offers are formulated, pursuant to art. 79, paragraph 2 of the Code, only following a visit to the sites. Failure to perform the inspection and cause exclusion from the tender procedure.

The inspection can be made upon notice at the app stationalt.

The inspection request must be sent to proces- sions@pec.multissspa.com and must contain the following data of the economic operator: name of the competitor; phone number; fax address / e-mail address; name and qualification of the person in charge of carrying out the inspection.

The aforementioned request must be sent by 12 noon of the day 3.9.2018

ta, time and place of the inspection are communicated to the competitors at least 2 days in advance.

The inspection can be made by the legal representative / attorney / technical director in possession of the identity document, or by the person in possession of the identity document and appropriate proxy with a copy of the identity document of the delegating party. The subject delegated to perform the sopralluogo can not receive the assignment from more than one competitor.

The contracting authority issues proof of the inspection.
