The debtor and insolvency advisory bodies containin particular the following services:

a) Debt counseling:

- Short counseling by personal or telephone of citizens in financial distress,

- Anamnesegespraech with clarification of the personal and financial situation as well as clarification of the further need for assistance and if necessary further mediation to other services / authorities,

information about the procedure and conditions of the procedure at ein an out-of-court settlement attempt, a judicial debt settlement plan, insolvency proceedings, the period of good conduct and the obtaining and revocation of the discharge of residual debt,

file-keeping,

- preparation and updating of accounts of claims,

- preparation of budgetary planning,

- review and verify creditor claims,

- Preparation of extrajudicial- attempting to reach an agreement,

- contacting creditors and checking claims,

- preparing a proposal for out-of-court settlement,

- developing an out-of-court settlement,

- conducting settlement negotiations,

- doing precautionary work,

- preparing reports and statistics, especially federal over-indebtedness statistics .

b) Insolvency advice:

- in case of failure of the VergleiNegotiations informing the client about the insolvency proceedings and the residual debt exemption procedure, - issuing of the certificate of failure according to - 305 para. 1 no. 1 InsO,

- Preparation of the application documents for the InsO procedure,

- Execution of the debt consolidation plan procedure,

- Representation in the insolvency-opening proceedings,

- Representation and support of the client in Insol
