a) Debt counseling:

- Short counseling by personal or telephone of citizens in financial distress,

information about the procedure and conditions of the procedure at ein an out-of-court settlement attempt, a judicial debt settlement plan, insolvency proceedings, the period of good conduct and the obtaining and revocation of the discharge of residual debt,

- preparation of budgetary planning,

- review and verify creditor claims,
