CPV Description: Medical services at two medical centers and provision of a specialized mobile resuscitation team (SPRTE) of Primorski PC and DB "Delphin"

During the execution of the order, the medical service should be provided by 2 (two) teams for 2 (two) medical posts and 1 (one) specialized rolling resuscitation team (SPRE) for 2 (two) sites.-Primorski and PB "Dolphin"

The order should be performed by providing 2 (two) medical teams for 2 (two) medical stations and 1 (one) specialized rolling resuscitation team for 2 (two) two) the subject.

One medical team consists of 1 physician and 1 nurse. One team will provide on-call duty at the "Primorski" swimming complex, while the other nand the "Dolphin" DB for the period from Monday to Sunday (inclusive) from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm Each team should have and maintain for the entire duration of the contract the following set of medication according to Annex 5 of the Regulation on Water Rescue and Safety of Water Areas.

Specialized Rolling Resuscitation Team (SPRE), which should consist ofthere is a doctor (with a recognized specialty in anesthesia and resuscitation to help the injured person to transport him to a suitable medical facility), a nurse, a driver and a technically up-to-date vehicle with the necessary technical equipment. Within 10 minutes of an incident report by a medical practitioner, a SPR team with equipped reanimate vehicle must arrive on site. It(SPRE) will serve the Primorski and DB Dolphins.

The participant should hold a valid certificate based on Art. 40 of the Law on Healthcare Institutions, issued by the Ministry of Health The Applicant shall fill in these requirements in Part IV, point A, point 2 of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP).about the economic and financial situation. The participants in the procedure should meet the requirements of Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Art. 55, para. 1, item 2 of the PPL, the participant should not be deprived of the right to practice a certain profession or activity, namely a doctor, according to the legislation of the state in which he is andcompleted the act. Specific national grounds for exclusion to be declared in Part III "Grounds for exclusion", Section D of EEDOP:

A. The participant should declare the absence or existence of an enforceable sentence for an offense under Articles 194-208, 213a-217, Article 219-252 or Article 254a-260 of the Criminal Code The participant should not be related to other participants in this procedure-according to Art. 101, para. 11 PPL; For the participant there should not be established a punitive or judicial decision which has entered into force, violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 228, para. (3) of the Labor Code or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the law of the State in which the applicant or participant is established; Aboutthe participant should not be found a violation under Art. 13 para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act; E. The participant should not have the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of the Acquired Property; The participant should meet the requirements of Art. 3, item 8 and Art. 4 of the Economic and Financial Relations Actwith companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners. In the absence of specific national grounds for exclusion for the participant, it is sufficient to indicate the "no" option in Part III "Exclusion Grounds", Section D of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP). Performance Enforcement Guaranteesthis public procurement shall be presented in one of the forms according to Art. 111, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Art. 111, para. (2) of the PPA, the contracting authority sets a performance guarantee for the contract in the amount of 1 (one) percent of the value of the contract to be paid by the successful tenderer to the account of the contracting authority or a bank guarantee or an insurance secures throughfilling by covering the contractor's responsibility before signing the contract.
