Health insurance services.

The procedure concerns the assignment of the insurance coverage service, Lot 3 of the RSM Insurance (CIG 75934476B1).

This assignment became necessary in compliance with the short sentence of the TAR for Piedmont on 30.4.2018, n. 494, with which he accepted the appeal R.G. 149/2018 proposed by RBM Assicurazione Salute S.p.A. and, for the effect, canceled the deeds of the tender procedure relating to Lot no. 3 after the publication of the announcement published in GUCE n. S210 of 2.11.2017 eon the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic V Special Series n. 130 of 10.11.2017, providing that SITAF reopen the terms for the submission of offers.

Guarantee pursuant to art. 93, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, produced in original, in favor of the Contracting Authority, in the forms established in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of the same article, equal to 2% (two percent) of the amount basis-of auction.

Self-financing

- registration with C.C.I.A.A. or similar foreign state register belonging to the U.E. which shows that the company is registered with a social purpose compatible with the activities covered by the contract,

- IVASS authorization for the exercise of the insurance activity pursuant to art. 13 and ss. of the Legislative Decree 209/2005, for the insurance business relating to the coverage required.
