The subject of this Public Contract is to carry out the activities of the so-called Permanent Medical Services and to provide additional services at the Contracting Authority defined by the territory of Prague / Ruzyně International Airport (hereinafter referred to as "LKPR"). The permanent medical service is a non-stop service providing visitors to LKPR, Employers with the Cliente, employees of LKPR entities, carriers and casual persons traveling through LKPR professional first aid for sudden illnesses, insults or other life threatening conditions, see ZD

Main Site: The place of fulfillment is the territory of LKPR as defined in Appendix 1 of the Model Contracts for the fulfillment of Public Contracts

The subject of this Public Contract is to carry out the activities of the so-calledProvision of additional services at the Contracting Authority defined by the territory of the Prague / Ruzyně International Airport (hereinafter referred to as "LKPR"). in case of sudden illnesses, insults or other life threatening

a) Extract from the Commercial Register or other similar records, if another legal regulation requires entry in such records,

b) valid authorization to provide health services according to Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services and conditions of their provision (conclusion of health services), as amended or valid decision on registration ofhealth care facilities pursuant to Act No. 160/1992 Coll., on health care in non-state health care facilities, on the basis of which it is entitled to provide services within the scope of the whole subject of this Public Contract; within the fulfillment of this requirement, the supplier shall submit authorizations / decisions on the basis of which he is entitled to provide services at least to the following extent:

- patient transport is not delayed,

- healthyvotnicka transport service.
