This tender concerns the contracting of 1 party for the implementation of highly-specialized youth assistance in Friesland. High-specialized youth assistance distinguishes itself from the regular specialist youth assistance on the basis of complexity, danger to safety and urgency. The clinicThere must be a continuous back-up and a multidisciplinary request for assistance.

Target group of highly specialized youth assistance: these are young people who have multiple and complex requests for assistance, which require a cross-sectoral and integrated approach. Not 1 of the problems is above; it is a combination of multiple core problemspeople (for example serious behavioral problems in combination with addiction, psychiatric problems and / or an intellectual disability and / or school dropout).

At the same time, a number of essential protective factors such as attachment and a safe environment are missing.
