Tenderer is requested to state the latest available financial statements: Turnover, equity scounty solvency degree - Aarhus Municipality uses, in addition to the compulsory exclusion grounds, the following voluntary exclusion grounds:

Aarhus Municipality does not accept offers from tenderers, which: - - is declared bankrupt or is under insolvency or liquidity treatment, - - The Municipality of Aarhus has sufficient plausible indications for to conclude that has entered into an agreement with other financial actorsis for the purpose of distortion of competition,
