Selection of contractors for prevention and control of tuberculosis among risk groups in connection with the implementation of the National Program for Tuberculosis Prevention and Controlthe deposit in the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2017-2020, for 4 lots. Target groups of the National Program for the Prevention and Control of Tuberculosis in the Republic of Bulgaria (2017-2020), subject to Lot 1: "People in contact with tuberculosis patients."

2 Basic parameters for work

Carrying out of mapping when developing locationsbut with epidemiologically related cases of tuberculosis and latent tuberculosis infection .. Determining the size of the target group and workplaces with the highest risk group

Screening of tuberculosis with tuberculin skin mantle test

Accompanying persons to a medical establishment for the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis. Volume of activity:

- Number of individual clients reached during the riveron-site interview with 6-month questionnaire screening - 200 individuals,

- Number of individual clients screened with Mantu sample for the 6 month period - 100 persons,

- Number of individual clients with a positive tuberculin skin mantle test, accompanied by a medical facility for the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis during the six-month period - 10 persons - All services should becarried out in strict compliance with the following normative documents: Health and Methodological Guideline for guidance, diagnosis, tracing and treatment of persons with latent tuberculosis infection, approved by Order No. РД-01-74 / 10.3.2016 of the Minister of Health https://www.mh.government.bg/media/filer_public/2016/03/23/rd0174_met_ukazanie_ltbi_10march2016-elektronno.pdf).

VozazotaThe employer does not have requirements for the economic and financial standing of the participants. Performance guarantee:

The guarantee for the performance of the contract is 3% of the value of the contract, excluding the contract. VAT. The guarantee is provided in one of the forms referred to in Art. 111, para. 5 of the PPL and followingbut to meet the requirements of Art. 111 of the Public Procurement Act. The conditions for the detention and release of the performance guarantee are specified in the draft contract. When submitting the guarantee in the form of a payment order - the money amount is deposited in the account of the contracting authority (Ministry of Health):

the party chooses the guarantee to be a bank guarantee, then it must be unconditional, irrevocable with a period of validity of at least 30 (thirty) days after expiry of the term of the contract and required at the first written request in which the contracting authority states that the contractor has fulfilled an obligation under the contract for the award of a public contract. When the participant chooses the performance guaranteewe have to be in the form of insurance, it must be unconditional, irrevocable, with a term of validity of at least 30 (thirty) days after the expiration of the term of the contract and required at the first written request in which the contracting authority states that the contractor is not who has fulfilled an obligation under the contract for the award of a public contract. The assignor should be designated as the third beneficiary on this filetrawl. The Contractor shall cover the Contractor's liability under this Contract and may not be used as collateral for the contractor's liability under another contract.

The Contracting Authority shall release the performance guarantee without interest for the period during which the funds have been lawfully staying with it.

2. Terms and method of payment.

The contract price will be paid twice for(30) thirty days after submission to the Ministry of Health of the following documents: - Approved by the assignor a report in the form of a contract containing the contract the relevant appendixes specified in the contract template and the - invoice - the original for the services rendered for each trimester The total value of each payment is proportional to the volume of activities performed and reported for the relevant quarter. The total value of the payments may not exceed the total value of the contract. The payment value for the first quarter may not exceed 60 per cent of the total contract value. Accordingly, a proportionate number of activities to be donet carried out in the first quarter may not exceed 60 per cent of the total number of activities for the respective lot. In the second quarter, the contractor shall perform at least 40 per cent of the total number of activities but not more than 60 per cent of the total.

All activities performed by the contractor for each quarter exceeding 60 per cent of the total number of activities for the respective justificationThe maximum number of activities performed by the contractor to be paid by the contracting authority is specified in Chapter II "Technical Specifications", item 3 "Volume of Activities" for each specific lot. The number of activities carried out exceeding the maximum number of activities specified in the Documentation will not be paid by the assignorand the contractor's costs incurred for them will not be reimbursed by the contractor but will remain at the expense of the contractor

For each payment, the contractor submits the original invoice to the contracting entity
