The health insurance companies in Rhineland-Palatinate offer non-exclusive framework contracts for the provision of specialized outpatient palliative care ( SAPV) according to - 37 b SGB V i. V. m - 132 d SGBV with any possibility of Ve(open-house model) for the coverage area referred to under II.2.3) within the period from 1.2.2019 to 31.1.2023. The contract is concluded within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." In the open-house model, uniform terms and conditions apply to all participantsearth not guided.
