Public service contract for the external service for prevention and protection at work

The market consists of the provision of permanent services of competent prevention advisers for all specialized disciplines that the welfare law of 4.8.1996 and its implementingwritten in the missions of the External Service for Prevention and Protection at Work (SEPP).

The market consists of the provision of permanent services of competent Prevention Advisers for all the specialized disciplines that the law of 4.8.1996 concerning the well-being and its implementing decrees have been included in the missions of the External Service for Prevention and Pro-(Taking into account that the external service consists of 2 sections:

1) A section, headed by an engineer trained as a level A (university) prevention advisor.

This management covers five disciplines: security, health, ergonomics, industrial hygiene and psychosocial aspects;

2) A section headed by a doctor of labor

The market covers:

- risk management- all health surveillance missions - the provision of other complementary and ad hoc prevention services in connection with the welfare of workers during the performance of their work. prejudice to the possibility for the Agency to call on another service provider for specific missions, without exclusivity for the awardThis march begins at the earliest on 1.1.2019, however preparatory meetings and preparatory work will be required before the start of the market. These preparatory services are included in the price in accordance with Article 17 of this special specifications.

The contract will have a duration of 2 years from 1.1.2019.

The contract will be renewed twice for one period1 year, unless denounced by one of the parties notified by registered letter mailed at least 1 year before the end of the contract.

The service will be provided on a continuous basis.

The tenderer proves his aptitude to exercise the professional activity by:

1) A copy of the authorization required for an external service, granted by the competent Minister in accordance with Articles II.3-44. and following-of the code.

The tenderer proves that he has sufficient economic and financial capacity by:

1) an annual turnover in the area of activity concerned by the minimum market 400 000, 00 EUR excl. VAT for the 3 the most recent financial years available according to the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the activities of the economic operator, insofarr these sales figures are available;

2) the subscription to an insurance cover against occupational risks for a minimum amount of EUR 100, 000 per claim.
