The subject of the contract is the co-ordination and the provision of accurate, flexible, goal and resource-oriented assistance in individual cases as well as related cross-case and case-unspecific work of child and youth welfare in the district in Coordination with the district administrative authorities.

The general requirement of a decision by the authorities for the permissibility of doing business in Austria as well as the obligation under -- 20 or 188 (1) of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2006 is expressly pointed out. Sections 20 and 188 (1) of the Federal Procurement Law 2006 oblige applicants or tenderers who are listed in the Geterritory of another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or resident in Switzerland and who are required to obtain an official decision on their professional qualifications to commence activity in Austria as soon as possible, or at any rate before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. For regulated trade (- 94 of the Trade Regulations 1994) reference is made in this connection to -- 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
