Social Impact Bond, Young adults. Selection of executors Eindhoven

The purpose of this procedure for Social and other Specific Services is to conclude an agreement with a contractor for the execution of the Social Impact Bond Young adults.: Eindhoven region.

The core of the tender is that we challenge support organizations from different disciplines (such as care, education, employment, debt counseling and housing) to work together through an implementation consortium. The most important starting points of the Social Impact Bond are: 1. Young people are supported by a consortium (combination of providers) on all 'habitats' where they need it and 2. The municipality relies on results.

This concerns a tender that consists of 2 phases. In the first phase, consortiums serve plans that are subsequently assessed by the young adults target group and the investors. Subsequently, there is a dialogue between consortia and investors in order to generate support for the investment. In phase 2-the consortium submits the final plan with commitment from the investor, after which the municipality will assess the plans
