Reference Number: CSPS Ile The purpose of the present consultation is the coordination mission in the field of safety and health protection (category 1) within the framework ofe the construction of the aquatic center and its underground car park on the island of M. a Sevres.

The purpose of this consultation is the coordination mission in matters of safety and health protection (category 1) as part of the construction of the aquatic center and its underground car park on the island of M. a Sevres.

The candidates will provide:

- A letter of candidature and, if applicable, the authorization of the proxy by the co-contractors (or the Dc1 print provided by the Joint Syndicate) duly completed,

- The power (s) authorizing the signatory to commit the individual candidate or each member of the group (K-Bis extract, signature delegation ...),

- The copy of the judgment (s) pronounced if the candidate is in receivership,

- A statementon the honor signed electronically in its own right (or the Dc1 prints provided by the Syndicat Syndicat signed electronically) indicating that the individual candidate or each member of the grouping:

a) does not enter any of the cases of prohibition of tender provided for in Articles 45 and 48 of Ordinance No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public procurement;

(b) In addition, in the event of a-public defense or security market (BDS), do not enter into any of the bidding cases provided for in Article 46 of Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015. In the case of a grouping, the documents listed must be produced for each member of the group.

The candidates will provide:

- Declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover concerning the servicesthe object of the contract, carried out during the last 3 financial years available; Note: Proof of candidate's financial ability can be provided by any means.

- List of principal similar services performed over the last 3 years, showing amount, date and public or private recipient. The services are proven by certificates of the destinatairor, failing that, by a declaration by the economic operator.

- Level I proficiency certificate for the SPS coordinator.

- Declaration indicating the candidate's average annual manpower and the size of the management staff for each of the last three years. In the case of grouping, the documents listed must be produced for each member of the group.

Electronic reply oThe intervention of the security coordinator begins on the date of receipt of the service order prescribing the start of the services. They end with the notification of the last Proc-s-Verbal de Levee des R-serves. The estimated duration of the contract is 72 months in total (of which 24 months for the completion of the works, including the period of preparation), from the date of receipt of the contract.e the order of service prescribing the start of the mission.

Expenses will be charged against the credits entered in the budget of the mixed union of the island of Monsieur. The payment of expenses will be made by administrative mandate followed by a bank transfer. The amounts due to the holder (s), will be paid within an overall deadline defined by the decree n 2013-269 of 29.3.2013 relating to the fight againstlate payments in the contracts of the public order period beginning to run from the date of receipt of invoices or equivalent payment claims. The default interest rate will be that of the interest rate on the main refinancing facility applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent principal refinancing operation carried out beforethe first calendar day of the half-year of the calendar year in which the default interest began to accrue, plus eight points. The contracting authority will also be liable for a lump sum payment of EUR 40, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No 2013-269 of 29.3.2013.

Parts to be supplied at the stage of contract award:

1) Documents certifying that the candidate does notis not in a case of prohibition of tender mentioned in 2 of Article 45 of the ordinance of 23.7.2015. The certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies shall be considered as sufficient evidence. (2) Where applicable, the documents provided for in Articles R. 1263-12, D. 8222-5 or D. 8222-7 or D. 8254- 2 to D. 8254-5 of the Labor Code.

3) Documents certifying thate the candidate is not in a bidding case mentioned in paragraph 3 of article 45 of the ordinance of 23.7.2015. The production of an extract from the relevant register, such as an excerpt K, an excerpt K bis, an excerpt D1 or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or establishment of the applicant, attesting-the absence of cases of exclusion, being considered as sufficient evidence. When the candidate is in receivership, he must produce the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced.

4) For the persons subjected to the obligation of insurance of decennial responsibility provided for in article L 241-1 of the insurance code, the certificate of compulsory liability insurance provided for in articleL.243-2 of the Insurance Code. If the candidate to whom it is proposed to award the contract is unable to produce the documents requested above within the time limit, his application is rejected and the candidate eliminates. The candidate whose offer was filed immediately after his is then asked to produce the necessary certificates and attestations before thehe market is not attributed to him.
