(b) Information on experience and technical, financial and technical capabilities. candidates: the information requested in accordance with the judgment of 29.3.2016the 44 decret n 2016-360 and 51 of the order n 2015-899 (the candidates can use the printer DC2) namely:
- declaration concerning the global turnover and the turnover concerning the services objects of the contract, realized during the last 3 years available. Note: Proof of financial ability of the candidate can be provided by any means,
- list of prthe last 3 years, showing the amount, the date and the public or private recipient. The services shall be evidenced by certificates from the addressee or, failing that, by a declaration from the economic operator.
By application of the provisions of Article 37. Of the CCAG-Current Supplies and Services, in case of dispute or of disagreementmay arise in particular as to the interpretation or execution of this contract, and before any referral to the competent jurisdictions, the parties will make their best efforts to find an amicable solution. In this context they can usefully enter the internal mediator of the department: mediation@hauts-de-seine.fr The latter may, where appropriate, be relay to the mediatorenterprises. With respect to the formalization of the claim and the terms of settlement, the provisions of GCC Article 37.2 - Common Supplies and Services in Disputes between the Parties apply. The dispute may also be referred to the Versailles interdepartmental advisory committee for a settlement of disputes relating to public markets., 5 rue Leblanc, F-75911 Paris Cedex, under the conditions defined by regulation.
