Human security services, monitoring and rapid intervention. existing in the company's objectives, the purpose of purchasing these services is to ensure the need for protectionestora, their staff as well as the goods and values existing in these objectives under the conditions of Law 333/2003, GD 301/2012, in order to carry out the basic activity in good conditions.

Main Site: Jud. Dolj, Gorj, Valcea, Mehedinti, Arges, Teleorman, Olt, as well as those provided in the specifications.

Taking into account the specific activity of Oltenia Energy Distribution S.A., The distribution of electricity, as well as the value and importance of the existing installations in the company's objectives, the purpose of purchasing these services is to ensure their protection, their personnel as well as the goods and values existing in these objectives under the conditions of Law 333 / 2003, GD 301/2012, in order to carry out the basic activity in good conditions.rickshaws to be purchased:

A. Human security services;

B. Monitoring and rapid intervention services.

Requirement 1. Failure of the economic operators and if any, to the third party / third party supporters / supporters and / or the subcontractor / subcontractors, in the provisions of art. 177, 178, 180 of the Law on sectoral acquisitions no. 99 / 2016.

The mode by which it can be demonstratedfulfillment of the requirement: completing DUAE. The supporting documents that prove the fulfillment of all the qualification and selection criteria according to the information contained in the DUAE, will be requested to all the selected candidates before sending the invitation for the second stage of the award procedure, as follows:

(a) the criminal record of the economic operator (andif any, to the third party (s), the sponsor (s) and / or the subcontractor (s) and the persons who, according to the certifying certificate issued by the National Trade Register Office, appear on the form as authorized natural and / or legal persons. In the case of non-resident economic operators, documents similar to the above are requested, based on dof the documents included in the supporting documents submitted by them, accompanied by the authorized translation into Romanian. The documents must be valid at the time of their submission,

(b) certifying certificates regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (state budget and local budget), as a result of which it has no outstanding debts at the time of presentation so foru the registered office as well as for all the secondary offices / work points mentioned in the certifying certificate issued by the National Trade Register Office, in accordance with the legal provisions in force in Romania or in the country in which it is established, will be presented by the economic operator (and, if any, third party / third party supporter (s) and / or subcontractor (s),

The way in which the requirement can be demonstrated: completing the DUAE and the Declaration regarding the non-classification in the situations in question.evaded in art. 73 of Law no. 99/2016 ("Conflict of interests" form) will be presented with the DUAE submission.

Specify the average annual turnover. The average annual turnover for the last 3 financial years ended (2016, 2017, 2018) must be a minimum: RON 2 500 000. For the equivalence, the average annual leu / v rate will be taken into accountaluta communicated by the NBR.

Attribution procedure, following that the technical-financial offers will be submitted, only by qualified candidates, after receiving the invitation to participate in the negotiation. The number of economic operators envisaged is not limiting. The contracting entity does not want to limit the participants.

If it is found that the offers ranked in the first place, after the rounds of negocieri, they have equal scores, the contracting entity, will make the division taking into account the score obtained by the evaluation factors in descending order of their weights. If

Equality is maintained, the contracting entity has the right to request new financial proposals and the winning bid will be designated the one with the smallest financial proposal. Prices will be calculatedis with a maximum of two decimals.

The minimum period during which the bidder must maintain its bid: 180 days from the deadline set for bidding. Proof of the establishment of the participation guarantee must be presented by the date and time the deadline for submission of tenders (technical and financial).

Any possible bidder has the right to request clarifications on the elements c.caught in the present documentation. The modification / completion of the mandatory contractual clauses (the object and the price of the framework agreement / contract, the duration of the contract, the contract documents, the main obligations of the parties, sanctions for not complying with the obligations) can be requested by the possible bidders, motivated, only during the clarifications regarding the documentedthe assignment as provided in section I.3). The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators up to the deadline set in section I.3). The contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification 10 days before the deadline for submitting requests for participation.
