Taking into account the specific activity of Oltenia Energy Distribution S.A., The distribution of electricity, as well as the value and importance of the existing installations in the company's objectives, the purpose of purchasing these services is to ensure their protection, their personnel as well as the goods and values existing in these objectives under the conditions of Law 333 / 2003, GD 301/2012, in order to carry out the basic activity in good conditions.rickshaws to be purchased:

A. Human security services;

B. Monitoring and rapid intervention services.

Requirement 1. Failure of the economic operators and if any, to the third party / third party supporters / supporters and / or the subcontractor / subcontractors, in the provisions of art. 177, 178, 180 of the Law on sectoral acquisitions no. 99 / 2016.

The mode by which it can be demonstratedfulfillment of the requirement: completing DUAE. The supporting documents that prove the fulfillment of all the qualification and selection criteria according to the information contained in the DUAE, will be requested to all the selected candidates before sending the invitation for the second stage of the award procedure, as follows:

(a) the criminal record of the economic operator (andif any, to the third party (s), the sponsor (s) and / or the subcontractor (s) and the persons who, according to the certifying certificate issued by the National Trade Register Office, appear on the form as authorized natural and / or legal persons. In the case of non-resident economic operators, documents similar to the above are requested, based on dof the documents included in the supporting documents submitted by them, accompanied by the authorized translation into Romanian. The documents must be valid at the time of their submission,

The number of economic operators envisaged is not limiting. The contracting entity does not want to limit the participants.

If it is found that the offers ranked in the first place, after the rounds of negocieri, they have equal scores, the contracting entity, will make the division taking into account the score obtained by the evaluation factors in descending order of their weights. If

Equality is maintained, the contracting entity has the right to request new financial proposals and the winning bid will be designated the one with the smallest financial proposal. Prices will be calculatedis with a maximum of two decimals.

The minimum period during which the bidder must maintain its bid: 180 days from the deadline set for bidding. Proof of the establishment of the participation guarantee must be presented by the date and time the deadline for submission of tenders (technical and financial).
