The subject of the contract is the provision of the service in accordance with - 2 para. 1 pism. a) Act no. 473/2005 Coll. on the provision of services in the field of private security and on the amendment of certain outcomes as amended (hereinafter referred to as the private security conclusion), ie. from. execution of a terrible service in the sense of ensuring internal order and withoutsecurity in the premises of the contracting authority. The performance of the emergency service shall be required in the buildings and premises of the contracting authority and in their immediate surroundings, necessary for the smooth operation of the said objects. 1 pism. a) Act no. 473/2005 Coll. on the provision of services in the field of private securityand on the amendment of certain outcomes as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "private security conclusion"), i. from. execution of the emergency service in terms of ensuring internal order and security in the premises of the contracting authority. The performance of the emergency service shall be required in the buildings and premises of the contracting authority and in their immediate surroundings, necessary for the smooth operation of the said premises.the service includes: protection of property at a publicly accessible place, protection of property at a non-publicly accessible place, staff and visitors inspection, monitoring of movement monitoring system, external and internal walking activity, checking the eligibility of the removal objects, materials carried into the guarded object; andInventory of activities in dealing with crisis situations, ensuring tasks ensuing from the regulations on fire protection of buildings, fulfilling the reporting duty and performing the function of informant during working hours. The contracting authority does not determine the anticipated range of hours of alerting given that the range of hours will depend on the current requirements of the contracting authority during the duration of Ramcovaand up to the financial limit: EUR 2 715 824 excluding VAT. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in the descriptive documents in Chapter B.1 Description of the subject of the contract. Article 2 (2) of the ZVO proves: by documented extract from the criminal record not older than 3 months; documented confirmation by health insurance company and Social Insurance Agency not older than 3 months,

1.3.dby attesting the local tax office and the local customs office not older than 3 months; documented confirmation of the relevant barrel not older than 3 months; documented evidence of entitlement to deliver the goods, to carry out construction work or to provide a service corresponding to the subject of the contract; documented by an affidavit demonstrates fulfillment of the condition of participation according to - 32 para. 1font. f) ZVO; condition of participation according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (g) the contracting authority shall demonstrate the contracting authority; condition of participation according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (h) the contracting authority shall prove the contracting authority. If the applicant has a registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the status of its registered office, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents referred to in - 32 para. 2 ZVO or does not issue equivalently untilthey may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the rules in force in the State of their place of business, place of business or usual residence. If the right of the applicant with the seat, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the SR is not regulated by the institute of honorary declaration, it can be replaced by a declaration made before a court, administrative body, notary, other professional institution or business institutionand regulations in force in the State of residence, place of business or usual residence of the applicant. Economic entity entered in the list of economic entities pursuant to - 152 et seq. ZVO is not obliged to submit documents in the public procurement to prove fulfillment of conditions for participation in personal status according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4 a ods. 5 ZVO. The contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry or confirmation of entryshall be issued to the competent authorities of another Member State by which the tenderer or candidate demonstrates that the conditions for participation in the procurement procedure have been met. The contracting authority must also accept other equivalent documents submitted by the tenderer or candidate. The entry in the list of economic operators shall be made against each contracting authority. The contracting authority when evaluating the fulfillment of the conditions of participation of the axesof the Civil Status shall verify the entry of an economic entity in the list of economic entities if the applicant has not submitted documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2, 4 and 5 or other equivalent registration or confirmation of registration - 152 para. 3 ZVO. Applicants who are not registered in the list of economic operators shall submit in their tender documents with authentic effects (originals or guaranteed conversion) pursuant to - 32 para. 2, or para. 4.ods. 5 ZVO. Documents / documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status may be provisionally replaced by the Single European Document (hereinafter referred to as JED) pursuant to Section 39 of the Act. The group of suppliers proves fulfillment of conditions of participation in public procurement according to - 37 par. 3 ZVO. In connection with the provision of - 32 par. 3 of the Act, the contracting authority is not entitled to use the data from infinformation systems of public administration according to - 1 par. 3 Act No. 177/2018 Coll. on some measures to reduce administrative burdens by using information systems of public administration and on amendments to certain outcomes (conclusion against bureaucracy). 1 pism. a) of the Act: by the statement of a bank or a branch of a foreign bank

1.4 The price expressed in a currency other than EUR (€, EUR) must be converted into EUR. Conversion of anotherthe currencies in EUR shall be made at the average annual exchange rate fixed by the ECB for the year in which the facts relevant to the demonstration of the fulfillment of the relevant condition of participation occurred. Documents by which the candidate demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions for participation, which are expressed in a currency other than EUR, must be submitted by the candidate in the flood currency and in EUR.name and surname, highest level of education, supported by valid evidence of highest level of education, list / description of professional experience (eg job position, job description / description of professional experience, place, year of performance / employment, client / employer according to type of contractual relationship) business relationship or employment relationship etc.), signature of this person and itsthe authenticity of the subject of the contract in the proven position. The professional curriculum vitae will contain a list of contracts / descriptions of professional experience in the field of security and emergency services.
