Civil Fixed Guard and Guarding by Vehicle Patrol at C.N. A.C.N. S.A., according to the requirements of the specification, as follows:

Requirement 1:

The manner of fulfillment.

All economic operators participating in the awarding procedure (ofertan(as the case may be) will, as the case may be, complete and present the Single European Procurement Document (DUAE) with the information related to their situation.

Concerning the completion of the DUAE - Part IV, Selection Criteria, the economic operator will tick "alpha: Global indication for all selection criteria." 1) Establishing certificates regarding the fulfillment of the obligations related to the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to local budgets and to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.). The information contained herein must be current at the time of submission. (2), art. 184 of Law 99/2016 on Sector Acquisitions, with subsequent amendments and completions; 4) Other supporting documents, as the case may be. 205 para.(1) of the Law no. 99/2016, the contracting authority may require tenderers to file all or any of the supporting documents as evidence of the information contained in the DUAE at any time during the award procedure if this is necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the procedure. For foreign legal / physical persons: for demthe fact that the bidder / candidate does not fall into one of the situations stipulated in art. 177, 178 and 180, any documents deemed to be edifying from this point of view in the country of origin or in the country where the tenderer / candidate is established, such as certificates, criminal records or other equivalent documents issued by the competent authorities from the countrytive. Means of performance:

All economic operators participating in p(Unique bidder, affiliate bidder, subcontractor, third party supporter, as the case may be) will complete and present the Unique European Procurement Acquis (DUAE) with the information related to their situation.

If two or more offers are ranked first, the tie will be made by requesting new financial proposals and the winning bid will be the one that has the lowest price.
