The procurement activity of North Karelia is intended to provide a tender for guarding services in the Siun Sotki region (Ilomantsi, Raeaekkylae, Tohmajaervi, Kitee). The contract period begins on 1 January 2019 (or when both parties have signed the contract). The contract is a valid haagreement with a two-sided notice. The notice period for the contract of indefinite duration is six (6) months for the service provider and three (3) months with the subscriber. The period of notice shall be calculated from the last month of the month in which the termination has been made in writing. The service should be brought into line with the European Union's directly binding seafarers, Finland lalaws and regulations and authorities. The tender is binding and must be drafted in Finnish.
