Provision of guard services at the General Secretariat of Detention of East Macedonia and Thrace (Nikephoros Dramas).

The object of the contract is the provision of guard services for the General Detention Facility of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace (Nikephoros Dramas). The duration of the contract is 12 months from the date of signature-contract, with the right of unilateral renewal of the contract by the Contracting Authority for one (1) year, under the same terms and with the corresponding contractual price.

The subject of the contract is that the Contractor is complete, timely and technically sound, according to all, legally requiredand in particular by strictly observing the provisions of article 68 of Law 3863/2010, as applicable, the terms of the declaration and its annexes, the Contractor's offer and, consequently, its instructions, instructions and instructions. The contractor is required to supervise and patrol, during the 24-hour period, the facilities of the GCC. Nikiforos Dramas, (a) economic operators involved in the process of concluding this Convention are required to engage in occupational activity relevant to the subject, namely provision of guard services.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be enrolled in one of the professionalor trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not falling under the previous indenthave concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be entered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Industry or Commerce or Industry.

(B) economic operators are required to have a special permitin accordance with the provisions of L.2518 / 1997 (Government Gazette A164), as amended and currently in force, or equivalent, in order to provide the relevant service in their country of origin, if required. for the current contract award procedure, economic operators are required to have a general annualfor the three (3) latest financial years, on the basis of the date when the economic operator was created or started to operate, equal to or more than 10% of the total pre-tax auction budget, that is, an amount 21 427, 00 EUR
