The Administration, Supply and Archive Service is considering the conclusion of a procurement contract security services and coaccess control with guard agents without monitoring in accordance with Law no. 333/2003 regarding the guarding of objectives, goods and values at D.R.D.P. Craiova Central and S.D.N. 1 5.

Main Site: S.D.N. Slatina 6 districts.

The Administration, Supply and Archive Service is considering the conclusion of a procurement contract providing services of security and access control with guard agents without mobservation in accordance with Law no. 333/2003 regarding the guarding of objectives, goods and values at D.R.D.P. Craiova Central and S.D.N. 1 5.

The economic operators (sole bidders / associate bidders / third parties / subcontractors) should not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. Initially, DUAE will be completed by economic operatorsbut the participants in the award procedure with the information related to their situation

The supporting documents, which prove the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE at the moment of presentation (certificates attesting the lack of debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget, state budget, etc.), criminal record, fiscal record, docwhich demonstrate that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. Economic Operators (single bidders / associate tenderers / third party subcontractorsthe petitioners) will submit a declaration on the conflict of interests in accordance with the provisions of art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. Form No. 3 of the "Forms" section of the Awarding Documentation, stamped and signed by the legal / empowered representative of the bidder.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumedin addition to the DUAE at the time of submission, are:

- tax attestation certificate regarding the fulfillment of the obligations to pay the local taxes and other local budget revenues (for all premises / work points declared within the certificate of attestation issued by the Trade Registry Office on near the Territorial Court) - from which the lack of debts has been retiredat the moment of their submission, - a certificate of fiscal attestation regarding the fulfillment of the obligations to pay the taxes, social security contributions and taxes to the consolidated general budget (National Agency for Fiscal Administration, General Directorate of Public Finance) - from which the lack of overdue debts at the time of their filing,

- the criminal record of the operatorand the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision-making or control within it, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / - the fiscal record of the economic operator, - where appropriate, documents demonstrating the fact that the operator-economic benefits may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par.
