Ensuring Strict Service for Objects of the Government of the Slovak Republic

The subject of the order is the provision of a terrific service in accordance with the law no. 473/2005 Coll. on the provision of services in the field of private security and on the amendment of certain laws(Law on Privacy), as amended, to provide protection for objects and property against stealing, vandalism, unauthorized entry and movement of aliens in the designated area for the selection of objects in the Administration of the Government of the Slovak Republic:

Subject ofthe order is the provision of a terrific service in the sense of Act no. 473/2005 Coll. on the provision of services in the sphere of the sphere of security and on the amendment of certain laws (the law on private security) in the wording of later regulations and information services in order to ensure the protection of objects and property against stealing, vandalism, unauthorized entry and movement of foreigners in the designated area-objects in the administration of the Government of the Slovak Republic:

a) building of the UV SR on Radlinskeho ul. no. 13 in Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC

b) building of UV SR on Namesti slobody no. 29 in Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC

c) building of UV SR at Štefanikova ul. no. 2 in Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC

d) Parking lot of the Učebna facility Hotela Borik, Borik 15 in Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC

e) Vestibul Učeloveho zař-zen-and Borik Hotel, Borik 15 in Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC

f) building of the UV SR on Hlavn- namesti no. 8

The detailed definition of the object of the contract consists of part B.1 Description of the subject of the tender documents, which are published in the profile of the public procurer. USTAArticle 32 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act"). Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, resp. ods. 4 and 5 of the Act on Public Procurement. In addition, information on the candidate's personal status is given in Part A.2 of the Part-time Conditions, point 1. Personal Position of the Applicantof the tender documents published in the profile of the contracting authority.

Not applicable. The public tender is carried out pursuant to the provisions of - 66 par. 7 of the Act on Public Procurement through the Electronic Public Procurement Information System (hereinafter "EVO"), available at www.evo.gov.sk. The order is published on the EVO portal under the number 79.31. More info herethe communication of the communication is indicated in the tender documents. The contracting authority will not provide the interested parties with the tender documents in paper form. The supporting documents are available on the EVO Portals - www.evo.gov.sk and in the Public Procurement Profile (https://www.uvo.gov.sk/vyhladavanie-profilov/zakazky/234)./3. The applicant shall provide evidence of compliance with the terms and conditions of electronicby the EVO system as scanned documents, or it can submit electronically a form of the Single European Document ("JED"), which can replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation (Section 39 (1) of the Public Procurement Act). The contracting authority declares that it restricts the information required as part-time (relating to Part IV: Terms and ConditionsA to D) on 1 question, yes or no (Alpha: Globalny for all terms), t. j. whether the economic entities meet all the required conditions of participation, concerning technical and professional competence. In the event that the required documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions for the contracting authority to be accessed directly and free of charge in the electronic databases, the Bureau shall provide the JED with the information necessary for access to these databases, including the Internet address of the electronic databases, any identifying data and the necessary information for access to such databases. In the case of the submission of scanned documents, the contracting authority will require the submission of original documents, their verifiable copy from the successful applicant in the frame of56 ods. 10 Act on Public Procurement.

7. Security required at EUR 20, 000.00. Details of the composition and return of the security are given in the tender documents. The public contracting authority pursuant to the provisions of - 40 par. 6 sheets. g) the public procurement law excludes from the public procurement of the tenderer if, on the basis of the information that is available to me, it is suspected that the applicant has entered into a publicthe contractor with another economic entity has an agreement disrupting the economic activity. The subject of the order is not divided into parts from the conclusion that the contracting authority is more economical in terms of the complex realization of the service to 1 provider. The division of the subject of the contract into parts according to the individual objects would mean the unprofitable access of the contracting authority, since, on the one hand, they would be necessarymore capacity / costs of the contracting authority for the coordination of several suppliers and the fulfillment of the subject of the contract 1 supplier also has a place on the side of the successful bidder to create a space for more flexible use of capacities that are the subject of the bids between the individual objects in which the service is provided. The public purchaser considers me to be the subject ofin the framework of which, even in the case of non-distribution of the bids on the part, the existence of the economic competition will be ensured, namely, with regard to the subject of the order, between the small, max. medium-sized businesses.

10. Public procurement is not a green procurement, nor an innovation, nor does it focus on social aspects. It requires the provision of a terrific service by the applicant who holds the valid afterclaims on the industrial safety of the entrepreneur to the level of Doverne secrecy issued by the NBU, on the basis of which he will be entitled to acquaint himself with classified information. In some objects, the contracting authority requires that the routing service be provided by persons with a security clearance of either Reservation or Doverne, depending on the object in which the subject of the order is provided.
