CPV Description: Guard services. Reference Number: ID 2018 ADI 2, System No. The object of the contract is:. The services will be offered at the headquarters of the Institute of Sciences of Chemical Engineering of ITE, in Platani, Patras. In particular, the tender aims to establish a contractor for the provision of security services for the premises of IECHM. for one (1) year, with possiblefor one (1) additional year.

Main Site: The services will be offered at the premises of the Institute of Sciences of Chemical Engineering of ITE, Platani, Patras. The services will be offered at the headquarters of the Institute of Sciences of Chemical Engineering of ITE, in Platani, Patras. In particular, the tender is intended to promote a contractor to provide Usecurity services of the building facilities of IECM. for one (1) year, renewable for one (1) additional year.

1) the right to participate in the process of concluding this contract, are natural or legal persons and in case of associations of economic operators, the members thereof to: a) a member state of the Union; b) a member state of the European Economic Area (Ε.Ο.(C) third countries that have signed and ratified the SBS, to the extent that the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and its General Notes on Attachment Union I of the said Agreement, and (d) to third countries not covered by paragraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union;(2) associations of economic operators, including temporary cartels, are not required to have a specific legal form for the submission of a bid. The AA. it may require associations of economic operators to have a specific legal form if they are awarded the contract.the economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to operate legally in Greece and to carry out a professional activity related to the subject matter of the services to be rendered to the contracting authority jointly and severally., namely the provision of security services.

Especially for settlers pGreece, economic operators are required to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce, professional or commercial register and be licensed to operate a security and guarding operation, as provided for by the provisions of L.2518 / 97 (Government Gazette 164 A), as amended and in force, which will be in force on the day of the competition.
