The subject of the purchase is guard services and guard services "Campus" of the GIZ at the Eschborn site with currently 7 office buildings, Streifservice on the premises (especially outside business hours), the provision of additional security personnel for events on the premises as required and the provision of technical equipment for the contract period (watchdog control system, digital radio system, digital watch book)

The advertised security and OOn the grounds and in the buildings of the GIZ, the following tasks have to be mastered by all employees of the contractor, irrespective of their position:

- reception of reception services (reception of visitors and registration),

- key or transponder administration, identification management (eg visitor and replacement badges),

- Control of access authorization- if necessary takeover of the event management service for the in-house meeting place (see Annex "Tasks Ordnungsdienst Veranstaltungen"),

- Control of certain areas for correct closure or control of the escape and rescue routes for free accessibility,

- Operation of the access control systems for open air and underground garages,

- BedTK and IT infrastructure (simple search programs for employees and rooms),

notifications of building control systems and safety equipment must be handled and forwarded in accordance with alarm plans, - acceptance of monitoring bodies for checking building components for closure, - control of critical areas Infrastructures (Energy, IT and Office of Corporate Securityeit), - takeover of the overflow of calls from the telephone exchange during the service period and after closing of the GIZ, - inquiries of the internal emergency call (eg elevator emergency call, other emergency telephone calls), - position of an authorized person for elevator exemption (24 intervention), as well as the installation of flags on special occasions or simple activities such as the Ascattering the traffic routes in the winter service, the removal of coarse dirt etc,

- Acceptance and acknowledgment of mail or courier deliveries outside the opening hours of the post office (currently Mon.-Thurs. from 7.30 to 17.00 and Fri from 7.30 to 16.00),

- Monitor the video surveillance monitors and take appropriate action,

- provide general protection against dangers to employees, Visitors and buildings, alerting the public security (police, fire and ambulance service) to emergency management and alarm plans, as well as support and briefing of the incoming forces,

- reaction to separate threats (eg stalking, bomb threats, USBV etc.), - Initiation of first measures (eg first aid, elevator exemption), alarm tracking.

- Extermination (see 3.) of certain parts of the company (District Guard Service),

Quarterly report on incidents, defects, identified potentials for improvement of the security concept and specific incidents on GIZ site and facility management as well as Corporate Security.

The Strip Servicest (Revierwachdienst) is carried out on its own. For the purpose of streaking, separate plans are prepared by the contractor and agreed with the client. As a matter of principle, the entire campus is overrun or inspections are carried out in all buildings. The streaking must be accompanied by a monitor control system to be provided by the contractor and must lead to deviating periodsand on alternate routes at least four times a day during the night hours.

A watch book must be kept in electronic form in a manner that is tamper-evident and safe from havoc. In addition to the beginning and end of service of all workplaces, all special occurrences are to be noted here. The client has access to the watch book in real time, this also applies in the evening and aftert hours.

For the round of the round, a reliable monitoring system based on electronic means must be set up at all times. The particularities of the lone work (single stripe) must be taken into account.

The workplaces must be equipped with a digital radio system in accordance with the requirements of the specifications.

(1) When submitting an offer, the documents specified by the AG must be used. Informal offers, side offers or offers on part services can not be considered. The offer incl.all attachments must be submitted in 3 copies (at least one of which is in the original), subdivided into the price offer and the range of offers;

(2) Tenderers must already apply as such. The subsequent formation of working groups is excluded;

(3) Proposed subcontracting inserts must already be mentioned with the offer. A subsequent transfer in the offert unnamed sub-services to subcontractors is not permitted;
