ZAD 1-4: Mechanical mowing of grasses and weeds as well as one-year seedlings of trees and shrubs from roadsides, as well as manual mowing on coneshectometers, vertical signs, trees, within protective road barriers and in places inaccessible to flail mowers along the voivodship roads (first mowing and second mowing)

1. Mechanical mowing of grasses and weeds as well as one-year seedlings of trees and shrubs from roadsides, as well as manual mowing on hen coneskm, vertical signs, trees, within protective road barriers and in places inaccessible to flail mowers along the voivodship roads in the area from Kożuchow 3, 441.22 ares (1st mowing).

2. Mechanical mowing of grasses and weeds as well as one-year seedlings of trees and shrubs from roadsides, as well as manual mowing at hectometres, vertical signs, trees, in the hooproad barriers and in places inaccessible to flail mowers along the voivodship roads in the territory of FROM Kożuchow 3 441.22 ares (II mowing).

Order will be processed using min. 2 flail mowers and min. 3 trimmer, petrol or electric mowers, for mowing in inaccessible places.

The Purchaser allows the possibility of ordering the service inremaining OD, i.e. from Lubsko, from Sława and from Żagań.

The service will be performed within the time limit specified in each written partial order. In addition, the partial order will contain the detailed location and quantity of mowing.

The Contractor will meet the condition if he demonstrates a minimum capacity level, i.e.related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee sum of not less than

Task No. 4: 18, 000.00 PLN

In the case of submission of a tender by entities acting jointly, the condition may be met jointly.

In the case where the contractor submits an offer for more than one task in order to demonstrate compliance with the participation conditionin the proceedings, it will be sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the condition specified for the task with the highest value among the tasks for which the contractor submits the offer.

At the request of the contracting authority, the contractor is required to submit the following statements or documents: 1) documents confirming that the contractor is insured against civil liability business activity related tosubject of the order for a guarantee sum not less than:

If, for a justified reason, the contractor cannot submit the documents required by the contracting authority referred to above, the contracting authority allows the contractor to submit other documents referred to in art. 26 section 2 c of the Actzp

I. The Employer provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 24 aa para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law

Task 3: PLN 900.00 (say: nine hundred zlotys 00/100))

Task 4: PLN 800.00 (say: eight hundred PLN 00/100)

VII. Together with the offer, the Contractor is obliged to submit via the miniPortal: 1) EAT, 2) the obligation to provide resources - Annex 2 to the form offers (if the contractor relies on the resources of another entity3) completed price form, 4) original guarantee or surety, if the bid bonde is in a form other than money, subject to the provisions of point 12 of the Instruction, 5) power of attorney lodged in the original, in the form of an electronic document with a qualified electronic signature or in an electronic copy certified as true to the original and provided with a qualified electronic signature by a notary public.
