Framework Arrangement for the Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services to North Lincolnshire Council

North Lincolnshire Council is seeking to establish a framework arrangement with a number of suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide a range of "Grounds Maintenance" solutions for a wide range of pre-programmed, ad-hoc and emergency situations throughout the North Lincolnshire area.

Main Site : Within North Lincolnshire boundary

Grass cutting of highway verges, visibility splays and rural footpaths within North Lincolnshire Area. To include approximately:

— 1 180 km of roadside verges,

— 132 km of rural footpaths,

— 75, 81 hectares of visibility splays,

— 10, 9 hectares of amenity low,

— 1, 75 hectares of special designated areas and

— 5, 6 hectares of verge nature reserves.

Frequency:

— classified and unclassified roads — twice per season,

— visibility splays on classified, unclassed roads and rural footpaths — 3 times per season,

— special designated areas — as instructed,

— amenity low grass cutting — twice per season,

— verge nature reserves — once per season.
