The services comprise the provision of a range of graphic design and brand identity services and solutions to support communications objectives of the Department and the all-of Government Creative Ireland Programme. The successful tenderer should be capable of understanding and interpreting a high level brief in designing and providing design solutions in respect of the implementation of the Creative Ireland Programme and (to a lesser extent) for the Department more widely.
