this consultation concerns design services of different sensitization supportsation, homogenization and modernization of pre-existing media, in order to enhance the actions of the community within the framework of its policies on Sensitive Natural Spaces (ENS), environment and sustainable development. The consultation in open tender procedure is subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the order code pulic. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders without setting minimum annual amounts and fixing maximum annual amounts per lot, processed in separate steps. The framework agreement has a firm duration of 4 years.

Condition of participation of the candidates: the candidats may submit an offer as an individual candidate, or as a member of one or more groupings. No form of grouping is imposed by the buyer.
