Framework Agreement for the Procurement of Gravel and Crushed Matter

The contest concerns a framework agreement for the procurement of gravel and crushed matter. Givas will primarily collect the gravel and matter from the contract supplier.

Main Site : Kongsvinger, Grue, Eidskog and Nord-Odal.

The contest concerns a framework agreement for the procurement of gravel and crushed matter. Givas will primarily collect the gravel and matter from the contract supplier. In addition to the price of different fractions of gravel and matter, Givas wants tenderer to also provide a price for transport of matter, as well as disposal over excess matter and asphalt. Only the price for gravel and matter will be emphasised in the evaluation.

The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers. The contract will apply from 15.4.2019 to 31.12.2020, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1 year + 1 year.

The scope of the framework agreement will vary from year to year. Based on previous figures, we estimate that the framework agreement will include an anticipated volume of approximately 30 000 tonne of matter per year. The volume stated in this tender documentation will not entail any obligation for the company or rights for the supplier. Subject to changes in volume.
