Proceedings for granting a sector order are carried out in the form of an unlimited tender on the basis ofprovisions of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1579 as amended) and on the basis of the relevant implementing regulations.

1. The Contracting Authority will consider that the conditions for participation in the proceedings have been met, if the Contractors, obtained-net income in the first financial year in the last 3 financial years, and if the period of business is shorter than one year in this period, based on "Profit and loss account" item Net income from the sale of products, goods and materials or Net revenue from sales and aligned with them with a value no less than:

For task No. 2 - 450, 000, 00 PLN

Total for the execution of the entirety of the order 1. 180 000.00 PLN.

In the case of Contractors not obliged to prepare financial statements, the Contracting Authority will verify the economic situation of the Contractor based on other documents confirming income for the period as in the previous sentence. on more than one part of the order, nett earningso obtained in one financial year in the last 3 financial years, and if the period of business is shorter than one year in this period, it can not be less than the sum of values specified for individual parts of the order for which the Contractor submits an offer. presenting the revenues in foreign currencies, the Employer will convert the reportedamounts according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland announced on the last day of the year, whose revenues relate to revenues earned in the current year according to the average NBP exchange rate announced on the day preceding the day on which the deadline for submitting bids expires. The Employer will convert the indicated amount according to the average NBP exchange rate announcedon the last day of the month of the financial year.

2. Contractor whose offer will be the highest rated on the basis of art. 26 sec 2f of the Public Procurement Law, it will be required to submit an original or a copy certified by the Contractor for compliance with the original "Zyskow and Strat Account" for the first financial year of the last 3 financial years, and if the period of business is shorter than one year - for this period. In caseto entities that under the separate regulations are not required to prepare the financial statements. The ordering party requires other documents specifying revenues for the period as in the previous sentence.
