Continued Study dropouts NRW

Continuation of a lighthouse project to develop sustainable counseling services for students who are doubtful or study dropouts on qualification paths in VET in North Rhine-Westphalia.

As one of six lighthouse projects funded by BMBF in the meantime, the project "Student Dropouts NRW Next Career" aims to develop and expand sustainable counseling services for students who are not able to study. -innen (StA). "Next Career" is intended to support the already existing StruktuThe state of North Rhine-Westphalia is pursuing the following objectives within the scope of this project, the implementation of which is to be entrusted to suitable service providers within the framework of this procurement procedure:

1 ) Nationwide development and expansion of sustainably sustainable structures for Ident2) Country-wide and regional networking of the training and labor market players, in particular of the universities with the chambers, the University of Applied Sciences (StZ) and the study dropouts (StA) Employment Agencies, SMEs and Vocational Colleges in the best possible way3) Country-wide establishment and expansion of sustainable, regionally networked information and counseling services for academic doubters (StZ) and in particular study dropouts (StA) on alternative qualification paths in the field of vocational education and training Continuing education;

4) ensuring the transfer ofExamples of successful practice (both within NRW and (via the BMBF) from and to other federal states) and reduction of obstacles to the placement of study dropouts (StA) in vocational education.

The Ministry of Culture and Science of the country North Rhine-Westphalia expected to achieve the above Objectives of the project ownerhe will provide the following services:

Lot 1:

a) Supervision of the project advisory board and, where appropriate, of working groups (preparation and follow-up, moderation of meetings); b) Development of change management pilot projects within the framework of integrated university support programs for the identification of STZs and StA:

Aa) Addressing Country Vice President / Vice President Conferences and Direct Contactnd - Negotiation with NRW university managements;

Bb) Moderation of university-specific finding and conception workshops;

cc) Change management supervision of university-related working groups and content coordination at approx. 8 universities with approx. 5 events each;

Dd) Coordination a cross-university exchange of experience on good practice examples in the context of Change Management

ee) Preparation and documentation of the change management success stories;

c) Developing and improving advisory structures and consulting products for the target groups, in particular accompanying good practice analyzes on counseling offers and systems within the framework of the MKW university competition (Accompaniment of the 20 Universities in various fields of innovation):

- case studies on site,

- cross-evaluation, documentation and preparation as good practice examples,

- presentation of the examples in about 10 workshops and events.

- Proof of suitable liability insurance (to be submitted with the offer by means of self-declaration): Self-declaration concerning professional liability insurance related to the tender / order item, indicating the maximum coverage per claim and insurance year for personal, property and property damage in the dthe tender document,

Documents to be submitted:

- Proof of suitable liability insurance (to be submitted with the offer by means of self-declaration): Self-declaration about a professional liability insurance related to theTender / order subject to specification of the maximum amount of cover per claim and year of insurance for personal, property and property damage according to the model shown in the tender document,

II) Information and communication

The presentation must be carried out by the team designated for the assignment (expected duration of the appointment in total about 1 hour of this, the bidder has approximately30-40 minutes for the presentation of his offer and in about another 10-20 minutes, questions from the client and, if appropriate, discussion may follow).
