1.The public procurement may be awarded only to the person, who fulfills the conditions for the individual's personal status according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act, which proves the fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2. The Applicant shall submit the following documents proving his / her financial and economic standing as proof that he / she is able to successfully fulfill the subject of the Procurement:

1.Ukadzač dok-že svoj financial and economic standing within the meaning of - 33 par. 1 letter. 2.The applicant may use financial resources other than financial means to prove financial and economic status-persons within the meaning of Section 33 2 ZVO, irrespective of their legal relationship. In such a case, the tenderer must prove to the public procurement agent that in the performance of the contract he will actually use the resources of the person whose status is useful in demonstrating financial and economic status. This fact is demonstrated by the tenderer by a written contract concluded with that person, whose sources are meant to prove his financial andonomic position. From a written contract, the person's handbag must appear to provide performance during the duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove the financial and economic standing must demonstrate compliance with the conditions of part-time status, except for Section 32 1 letter. e) ZVO and there shall be no evidence of exclusion pursuant to - 40 par. 6 sheets. a) to h) a-ods. 3. The public contractor shall require that the tenderer and the person whose capacity is to be used to demonstrate the financial and economic standing are responsible for the performance of the contract jointly. 4. The group of suppliers shall demonstrate that the conditions for the economic and financial standing of the company

5. An economic entity may provisionally replace the documents to demonstrate compliance with the condition(Article 38 (5) of the GVA): In view of the estimated value of the order, the invoice payment and the due date of the invoice, it is necessary for the applicant to prove his ability to cover the financial costs associated with the fulfillment of the subject of the contract .
