1) The order applies to the purchase and delivery of specialized ArcGIS software along with software licenses with the latest accessstable version and technical support (service) to all purchased licenses for the implementation of works in the field of State Environmental Monitoring (SEM), in particular water quality monitoring

Order applies to the purchase and delivery of specialized ArcGIS software with software licenses in the latest stable available version and technical support (service) dfor all purchased licenses for the implementation of works in the field of State Environmental Monitoring (SEM), in particular water quality monitoring.

The subject of the order is the purchase of 2 ArcGIS for Server Enterprise Advanced licenses for a server with a max. 4 cores of 10.6 (or higher) for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the ArcGIS Enterprise Advanced server held by the Contracting Authority bythe thigh of your software license for 4 cores, compatible with the ArcGIS Desktop Standard 10.6 (network license) possessed by the Awarding Entity and the purchase and delivery of the licenses listed below in task 1 of the order in question, or equivalent.

Terms used to indicate trademarks, proper names, the patent or origin of the order should be read inonce with the words "or equivalent." The Employer allows the Contractor to apply solutions equivalent to those indicated in the subject description of the order.The contractor, who in the offer will invoke the use of equivalent solutions is required to demonstrate that the software offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Employer. informs that it already has softwareno ArcGIS for Server Advanced Enterprise server for max. 4 cores in version 10.6, as well as ArcGIS Desktop Standard in version 10.6, which are used for work in the field of publication of spatial data sets. At the same time, the Employer informs that one of the aims of this order is also the use of new software for the implementation of work aimed at increasing outputsand compatibility with the technology possessed by the Employer.

In addition, equivalent ArcGIS server management software should enable management and configuration of services on the latest version of ArcGIS servers.

Contractor offering an equivalent item to the one described in this contract is required to demonstrate the equivalence of technical and utility parameters, functional and qualitative, which must be at a level not lower than that of the Ordering Party

The order consists of 2 tasks:

Task 1 Purchase and delivery of GIS software packages in the desktop version with the license service

Task 2 Purchase and delivery of the GIS software package along with server-license service The purchase is carried out as part of the Infrast Operational Programruktura i Środowisko 2014-2020 within priority axis II "Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change", Measure 2.1. "Adaptation to climate change together with protection and increase of resistance to natural disasters, in particular natural disasters and environmental monitoring" in under the project titled "Strengthening water monitoring in the field of quality assurance and quality control proceduresiarow and assessments of surface water status as well as research, measurement and IT infrastructure ", based on the co-financing agreement No. POIS.02.01.00-00-0002 / 16-00 of 18/05/2016 (with later amendments).

The order will be implemented for the Main Inspectorate of Environmental Protection (Ordering Party).

The Contractor will be obliged to deliver to the registered office of the Ordering Party products listed in task 1 and 2The Contractors who meet the following conditions for participation in proceedings regarding competences or entitlements to conduct a given professional activity may apply for the award of a contract, if it results from separate regulations: - The Ordering Party does not specify the description of the fulfillment of this condition; Contractors, who are not subject to hatch, may apply for the orderfrom the public procurement procedure based on Art. 24 sec. 1 of the PPL Act, as well as pursuant to art. 24 sec. 5 points 1.

2. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of ordering referred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 7.

3. The Contracting Authority intends to allocate PLN 3 335 330.00 gross to the implementation of the contract. The orderer requires a deposit in the amountPLN 30, 000.00 (in words: thirty thousand zlotys, 00/100), before the deadline for submission of tenders specified in these ToR.
